We do not guarantee that a domain shown as available will remain available at the time of registration. We are not a domain registrar — domain purchases are completed through third-party registrars. We are not responsible for any inability to register a domain.
Domain name suggestions are generated by AI (OpenAI and Anthropic). We do not claim ownership of generated suggestions, nor do we guarantee their originality, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. It is your sole responsibility to verify that any domain name you register does not infringe on existing trademarks, intellectual property, or applicable laws. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of AI-generated suggestions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR INABILITY TO REGISTER A DOMAIN, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

For disputes not resolved informally and not subject to mandatory EU consumer jurisdiction, the courts specified in Section 15 below shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Gdańsk, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
